 Access to the Learning Platform

1. How do I get the login credentials to access to the learning platform?  

Human Resources sent you an email with your login credentials. If you did not receive the email, please let us know by emailing

2. I forgot my password – how can I reset it?

Go to the Courses page, and click Reset Password located on the right side of the page. You will receive an email with a new password.

Online Courses

1.How do I enroll in a course?

Once you login, click the Learning Center tab – you will then see a link to browse or search courses in the learning catalogue. To enroll, just click on the course you are interested in, and enroll. You can now start taking the course.

2. How long do the courses take?

Since times vary by course, each course description includes information about its length. Please note that the length of information is not available for all of the courses.

All courses are flexible – you can make your way through a course at your own pace, and return to wherever you last left off.

3. Are there courses that can be taken in low-bandwidth settings?

The courses that can be taken in low-bandwidth settings are:  Last Mile Learning courses, members provided courses, free sector specific courses, SkillSoft courses and Harvard Business courses. Please refer to this list when you are planning to take courses in low-bandwidth settings as this information is not available in the description of the courses.

4. Can I take a course over a number of days?

Many courses offer the option to save your location and return to it when you wish. To save your current location within a course, click the Bookmark icon. The next time you login and access the course, you will be returned to your bookmarked location.

5. Will I receive a completion certificate after I complete a course?

The majority of courses do not issue completion certificates. Some Last Mile Learning courses and Learning Programs issue completion certificates once you complete a course.
